Adequate stay in central location
central location stocked bar great choice broken lift parking charge dog friendly
I found the location perfect, just opposite the Royal Hall. The building had so much character! The bar was well stocked. Breakfast had a great choice.
The lift was off . It cost £10 to park my car! I asked for a table away from dogs, but I was told both restaurants allow dogs. I felt a bit unwelcome.

central location tasteful decoration excellent selection
The location is perfect. Everything is within easy reach. i found the superior double room beautifully decorated. the buffet breakfast offered an excellent selection, a fresh start each morning.
the bar area sometimes felt a little understaffed during peak hours.

excellent stay!
variety choices helpful staff convenient parking
i found the location to be superb, close to many attractions. the breakfast was quite good, with choices. staff members i interacted with were generally helpful. the hotel provided convenient parking at the rear.
checking in at the busy bar felt inconvenient. i found the process wasn't ideal for a hotel of this size. it would be preferable to have a dedicated reception area for arrivals.

the room had tasteful decor and a comfortable bed, offering a restful experience. a large bathroom includes both a sofa and a table. chairs. a lovely view of the royal baths was much appreciated.

The hotel offers parking. This is a big plus in the city centre. the breakfast area permits dogs, this i found unusual. an outdoor terrace provided a very nice space for evening drinks.

this inn sits centrally, with access to key attractions. proximity to the turkish bath and gardens proved really convenient. with a chinese restaurant close by, dining options abound.
